Testing Workshop For Good Quality Including Accuracy, Operating Status Etc.

There are at least 24 testing station for examing accuracy, cooperation between robot body and welding machine, operating status of each robot joint ect. in our factory. They are important part of our Quality Inpection System.

Above is one picture taken on testing workshop. There is a weight plate from 5KG to 20KG. With weight plate and maximum speed, quality of robot could be fully tested. Each one of our on-sale products are testing on workshop, both handling and welding robot.
